Geonets are single function geosynthetics used almost exclusively for their drainage capability. They create space for liquids to flow by separating 2 geomembrane lining layers and ensuring a clear flow path.
This is space saving as such a layer only occupies a few mm of air space.
Cuspated drainage layers are heat formed with symmetrical cusps having high compressive strength. They offer high flow paths for liquids with less chance of clogging due to their unique design. Due to their high compressive strengths they can safely be used at the base of landfills and heap leach pads without collapsing or clogging. They are made from the same resin as HDPE geomembrane linings.
